My clients are very important to me. & I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. But I do require at least a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment - with no charge. Appointments cancelled without a 48 hour notice require a payment of 50% of your scheduled service. Appointments cancelled the day of your scheduled service, or a no call/no show will require a payment of 100% of your scheduled service. I understand that sometimes life happens. & that is why I give everyone a 10 minute grace period. But after 10 minutes we will need to reschedule your appointment & 100% of your scheduled service will be due. These charges do not go toward your next appointment as they cover my time scheduled & products purchased for you & your service.
